As an NCREC-approved Real Estate Instructor, she empowers agents and leaders through her dynamic 4-hour Continuing Education (CE) Elective Courses, including her popular class on the DISC Personality Assessment. Her expertise and high-energy delivery have positioned her as a sought-after national speaker, trainer, and coach.

     While MaryLou has worn many hats throughout her career, her newest venture is her most personal yet. Now, as the founder of her own real estate school—Rockin Real Estate School of NC—she has found a fresh, powerful inspiration to teach and coach.
